With warm weather just around the corner, this is the prime time to plan a great golf outing in St. Louis. Especially during the springtime, Missouri is beautiful. Everything is vibrant green and colorful, creating the perfect backdrop when teeing off. Whether you’re living in the city or planning to visit, there is tremendous benefit in using a St. Louis limousine service to reach the preferred golf course.

Top-Rated Golf Courses

With a St. Louis limousine service, you and your guests have time for great conversation before arriving in style at the golf course. Although you have multiple options, six of the golf courses located in and around St. Louis received ranking by the prestigious Golfer’s Digest. However, in addition to private courses like the Bellerive Country Club, you can try out many spectacular public courses.

  • Tapawingo National Golf Club—This fourstar-rated golf course boasts three championship nines. For a one-of-a-kind 18-hole experience you have the option of choosing two of those. Designed by Gary Player, each of the nines is a par 36. While the Meramec and Prairie have the largest water features, the Woodlands is surrounded by beautiful wooded terrain.

  • Pevely Farms Golf Club—Your St. Louis limousine chauffeur can also take you and your guests to this amazing club. Designed by Arthur Hills, the golf club has a solid four-star rating and boasts 18 holes spread over 7,100 yards of true championship tees. The most challenging hole is known as “The Terminator” on the 18th, and mandates both strength and precision.

  • Normandie Golf Club—Although Normandie is among the oldest of all public golf courses in the St. Louis area, it is well kept. Originally opened in 1901, this course was designed by Robert Foulis to include undulating greens and Bermuda fairways. The course is a par 71 with 6,500 yards of play.

  • Forest Park Golf Club—You should also consider this St. Louis golf course, which features three nine-hole courses. For an exceptional game, you have the opportunity to pair any two of the three courses. Although initially designed by Robert Foulis, it was updated by Stan Gentry in 2001. In addition to outstanding greens, this golf course offers a pro shop, onsite restaurant, driving range, clubhouse, and even golf school.

  • Quail Creek Golf Club—Designed by Hale Irwin, this 72-par championship course is another great option. Along with bent greens and Bermuda fairways, this 18-hole has a pro shop, full-service restaurant and bar, and a golf school led by T.D. Morris. Of all the public courses in St. Louis, Quail Creek ranks as one of the two most challenging.

Using the Right Ground Transportation

Although you will benefit from a St. Louis limousine service regardless of who your guests are, when you’re creating a golf outing to impress an important or potential client, this mode of ground transportation is essential.
