Meet in Advance
Shortly after you make your initial request, you will participate in a phone or in-person meeting with a Destination Management Coordinator (DMC) at our St. Louis headquarters. Your assigned DMC will act as your account manager, logistics specialist, and point-of-contact throughout your experience as a Corporate Transportation client. This initial meeting will consist of introductions, and a thorough assessment of your needs. At this time, you will be provided with a checklist of necessary documentation, as well as deadlines for remitting these documents for our consideration. We may require flight information, contact information for your venue, or other similar items to effectively plan and monitor transportation the day of the event.
During this meeting, you will also likely be further interviewed by your DMC regarding your unique St. Louis group transportation needs.
